Resalis Therapeutics is developing RNA-based therapies designed to address the root causes of complex metabolic disorders.

Its lead candidate, RES-010, is an antisense oligonucleotide engineered to target and inhibit microRNA-22. The programme is being evaluated in a Phase 1 clinical trial in obesity, with additional development potential in fatty liver disease, including MAFLD and MASH.

Resalis is exploring RES-010 both as a standalone treatment and as a potential complement to current standards of care, with the aim of delivering sustained weight loss and broader metabolic benefits.
